What Working Here Looks Like
Remote-First
Work from anywhere in the UK. We use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and async communication to stay connected without unnecessary meetings.
Certifications Supported
We pay for Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365 and Security) and set aside learning time in your workload.
Varied Work
You'll move between client AI projects and our own products. Some days it's building an automation, other days it's mobile app features.
Direct Access
Small team means no layers of management. You'll work directly with the founder, have genuine input into decisions, and see your impact clearly.

We're typically interested in people with experience in: AI and automation (Copilot, Power Automate, OpenAI and Anthropic APIs), mobile development (Swift / Flutter), Microsoft 365 and Azure, or cloud security.
