AI that gives your team
hours back

We find the repetitive work in your week and build tools that do it for you: AI assistants, automated workflows and custom apps. Start with a free 30-minute chat.

Based in Cheshire. In person across Cheshire, Liverpool and Manchester, or on Teams anywhere in the UK.

Where to start

Where AI saves time

If a task is repetitive, follows a pattern or involves copying information from one place to another, AI can usually take on some or all of it.

Emails and replies

Sort the inbox, draft replies to routine questions and flag the ones that need a person.

Quotes and proposals

Turn notes from a call into a first-draft quote or proposal in your own format.

Invoices and data entry

Read invoices, receipts and forms, then put the details where they belong, such as Xero or a spreadsheet.

Meeting notes and follow-ups

Write up Teams meetings, list the actions and draft the follow-up emails.

Customer questions

Answer common questions on your website or in Teams, using your own documents and policies.

Weekly reports

Pull the figures together each week and write a plain-English summary for the team.

What we build

Working tools your team uses every day, not slide decks or strategy documents.

AI Assistants

Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini

We set up the AI tools your team can already use, properly. That means connecting them to your documents, writing instructions for your common tasks and agreeing what data goes in.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot setup and rollout
  • Custom assistants built in Copilot Studio
  • ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini business accounts
  • Prompt libraries for your everyday tasks
  • An AI usage policy for staff
  • Training sessions for your team

Automated Workflows

Power Automate, Zapier, Make and n8n

We automate the steps that happen the same way every time: an email arrives, a form is filled in, an invoice is due, a report needs sending.

  • Power Automate flows
  • Zapier, Make and n8n workflows
  • Approvals and sign-offs
  • Document and form processing
  • Scheduled reports and reminders
  • Azure OpenAI inside your workflows

Custom Apps

Power Apps and bespoke builds

When an off-the-shelf tool doesn't fit, we build one that does. Our own platform, Hourglass, uses AI to flag budget risk and draft client updates, and we bring the same approach to your processes.

  • Power Apps for internal processes
  • Bespoke web apps
  • Mobile apps for staff on the move
  • AI features added to apps you already use
  • Power BI dashboards
  • Hosting, testing and support

Connections to Your Tools

Xero, HubSpot, email and spreadsheets

AI is most useful when it can see your information. We connect it to the systems you already use, so data moves between them without copying and pasting.

  • Xero and other accounting software
  • HubSpot and other CRMs
  • Outlook and Gmail
  • Excel, Google Sheets and SharePoint
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Your website and online forms

How it works

A small first project, a fixed price and a team that knows how to use what we build.

1

Free AI chat

A 30-minute video call. We talk through your week and spot the tasks worth automating. No preparation needed.

2

Pick the first task

We agree one task to start with, usually something repetitive that takes time every week.

3

Fixed quote

You get a fixed price and timeline before any work starts.

4

Build and test

We build it, test it with your real data and adjust it with your team.

5

Train your team

We show everyone how to use it and leave simple written guides.

6

Support and next steps

We keep it running and help you decide what to automate next.

Microsoft 365 & Azure

Get your data ready for AI

AI tools can see everything you give them access to. Before we switch them on, we make sure Microsoft 365 is set up securely, files are where they should be and permissions are right.

Microsoft 365 setup

Tenant setup, email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, and licences that match what you actually use.

Security and GDPR

Multi-factor sign-in, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender and file permissions, so AI only sees what it should.

Azure

Secure hosting for your apps and for Azure OpenAI, with running costs kept under control.

Migration

Moving email and files into Microsoft 365, and old file shares into SharePoint, without losing data.

Common questions

What small businesses usually ask before starting with AI.

We don't know where AI fits in our business. Can you help?

Yes. Most businesses we speak to are in the same position. The free AI chat is for exactly this: we go through a typical week with you and point out two or three tasks where AI could save time. There's no obligation.

Do you meet in person?

Yes. We're based in Cheshire and visit businesses across Cheshire, Liverpool and Manchester. Anywhere else in the UK, we meet over Microsoft Teams.

Is our data safe?

We design every project around UK GDPR. We set up business accounts of AI tools, which don't use your data to train their models by default, and we check permissions so AI can only see what each person is allowed to see.

Do we need Microsoft 365?

No. If you already use Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Automate are often the quickest place to start. We also work with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and connect AI to tools such as Xero, HubSpot and your email.

How much does it cost?

The first chat is free. After that we give you a fixed quote for the first project, so you know the cost before any work starts. Ongoing support is optional.

Will AI replace my staff?

That isn't the aim. We automate the repetitive parts of people's jobs, such as copying data between systems, chasing approvals and writing routine emails, so they can spend more time on work that needs a person.

We're not technical. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We explain everything in plain English, do the technical setup ourselves and train your team before we hand anything over.
